Enjoy the warmer half of 2020 with these springtime festivals, which celebrate BunGeo’s youth, agriculture and spirit. The South West Festival of Japan is an annual event held in the City of Bunbury. This multicultural festival invites people to enjoy all things Japanese including food, fashion, visual arts, traditional craft, taiko drumming, Japanese tea ceremony, martial arts, and more! The festival also celebrates the City of Bunbury’s ongoing sister city relationship with Setagayaku, Tokyo. The Shift Youth Festival celebrates young people and their valuable contributions to our community. In 2020 this annual City of Bunbury Youth Week event will feature a range of exciting activities and entertainment for the entire community to enjoy. Come and take part in this free festival, which will be held at Koombana Foreshore and the Bunbury Skate Park from 11am to 5pm on October 10.
