Through practising, teaching and communicating mindfulness, Timbo Roberts’s understanding of the Pali word Suñña continues to deepen. It is often translated to mean ‘nothingness’ or ‘emptiness’, however, Suñña means the potential of all things; that all things are ever-changing and ever-unfolding. In the practice of mindfulness we don’t attempt to negate consciousness. Rather, we are attempting to bring about a state of full awareness of one’s own mind, body, and environment: to remember Suñña. Explore Roberts’s deep dive into Suñña at BRAG until September 6, 2020.

Note: The Visit Bunbury Geographe team have done their utmost to ensure the above event listings are correct at time of publishing. In this changing environment, we suggest that you please confirm event details with each event host to avoid disappointment/missing out.
