MOUNTAIN BIKE RIDING
BunGeo is quickly becoming a hub for whirling MTB groups with kilometres of top quality cross-country and downhill trails suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced riders. There are trails across the region, but the Collie River Valley is mad about MTB, and is quickly becoming a destination hot spot.
Don’t have gear? Hire a bike from the Kiosk in the Dam in the Wellington National Park and tackle the nearby Mount Lennard Tracks or pick up a bike at CranknCycles in Collie where the guys know everything there is about bikes and the trails around Collie. A little further south in Lowden, MTB guru’s Cycletrek will hire you a bike to tackle their trails through beautiful Jarrah forest.
