Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking commencement (3pm day prior to arrival) will be charged 50% of the first nights room charge. If the guest fails to arrive the booking will be forfeited and the first nights room charged in full. Over high demand and special event periods alternative cancellation polices may apply.
