South West Rail & Heritage Centre’s April open day features train rides behind vintage diesel locomotive TA 1807.
Come and join us when vintage diesel TA 1807 will take people for a ride in our old WA carriages. Ride totals 1.5km back and forth. You can choose to add an Australian Railway refreshment plate in the buffet
Whilst here visit Boyanup Blacksmiths creating works of art and support the Capel Men’s Shed by purchasing the small items they have for sale. The Old Machinery Group will be running their machines and for the little ones our model trains will be running around our layouts.
Drop in on the Picnic Van for light refreshments including Tea, Coffee, Sausage Sizzle, Devonshire Tea and Cool Drinks.
Entry is $5 for adults and free for under 18s. Train rides are an additional $5 adult and $3 per child.
