Enjoy a slow, creative morning with us in Myalup, a stunning, quiet pocket of Western Australia’s South West region, combining gentle movement, connection, and botanical monoprinting.
Begin your morning with a fluid and intuitive yoga session led by Karmen’s Yoga. This gentle, beginner-friendly class is designed to help you stretch, settle, and arrive completely in the present moment. Options for modifications are provided throughout the practice, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
After yoga, enjoy a nourishing, communal morning tea, giving you space and time to connect in a warm, welcoming environment.
Dive into a hands-on creative session exploring monoprinting with gel plates. Using real pieces of nature and local flora to compose organic shapes and patterns on a variety of mixed media papers.
You’ll be guided step-by-step at a comfortable, relaxed pace, with plenty of opportunities to express your own creative flair. You will take home your unique, finished botanical prints with you at the end of the day.
Our workshops are centred on slowing down, being present, and enjoying the process of creating. No prior art or movement experience is needed – all levels are warmly welcome.
