48 HOURS
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date (not arrival time) will incur full charges for the first nights accommodation.
No Show Policy …. Guest will be charged for the first night & the remainder of the booking will be cancelled.
Check-In Time – Important Information
2PM to 4PM – Please inform us by email at least 3 days prior to your arrival and we will organise an early check-in for you.
4PM to 9PM – Reception will be open in the beginning to check you in. Later in the shift the Reception will close and the Night Manager will check you in. If the office is closed please follow the simple directions at Reception to locate the Night Manager.
9PM to 10PM – Please inform us by email at least 3 days prior to your arrival and we will organise a late check-in for you.
You may contact us within 3 days of arrival and request an early or late check-in but this will be subject to availability.

Check-in Requirements
Provide photo ID of all adult guests
Pay balance of your reservation at check-in
Private Rooms – $50 refundable security deposit per room
Dormitory Rooms – $20 refundable security deposit per person
Security deposits for early or late check-outs can be accepted as a pre-authorisation on your credit card or Security deposits paid in cash will be refunded to your credit card on the same day as your check-out after the room is inspected by staff.
