Dying Well – Local options and supports Join us for engaging ‘kitchen table’ conversations focused on learning more about what options are available locally when it comes to caregiving and death to help inform Advance Care Planning. For example, Dying at Home, Palliative Care, Voluntary Assisted Dying, Community Connectors who can help build caregiving networks.
Ask the questions you’ve thought about but haven’t known where to find the answers! You’ll also be invited to move from table to table to ask any questions and learn from others. Insights gathered from each table will be shared with the broader group.
