This March, Bunbury will host a rare and exclusive series of face-to-face leadership workshops led by award-winning leadership educator, mentor, and author Dr Nancy Pavisich from Reframe WA Consulting. Designed for experienced leaders and those stepping into leadership roles across education, health, government, not-for-profit, and business sectors, the workshops offer a unique opportunity to access high-quality professional development locally, without the need to travel to metropolitan centres.
Dr Pavisich is intentionally bringing this work to regional Western Australia, recognising the challenges leaders and aspiring leaders often face in accessing professional development of this calibre. Grounded in mentoring research and evidence-based leadership practice, the sessions focus on leadership behaviour, communication, and how leaders show up in complex environments. Rather than motivational or one-size-fits-all training, participants are provided with structured time to reflect, strengthen leadership presence, and develop practical strategies for navigating challenging conversations and ongoing change.
